About Dale Beaman
Coach, Consultant, and Catalyst
Dale’s joy is partnering with clients in creating positive change and transformation. With Dale as your guide, you’ll navigate values, discover purpose and create vision.
Dale has a diverse background of education and experience:
- Masters in Public Health and Certified Professional Coach (PCC) trained in the Inspired Learning Model designed to bring out the creativity and potential of teams. She is particularly skilled in bringing forth the magnificence in each person.
- Over 20 years of experience in working with individuals and leading teams in strategic planning and implementation, creating new products/services and advancing organizational change.
- Experience includes working with a variety of industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, education, churches, and government.
- Qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Assessment.
Dale has combined her years of valuable experience, extensive
knowledge and key insights to establish a coaching and consulting
practice, Beaman Coaching & Company. She now coaches leaders
and teams; facilitates personal and professional development workshops;
and provides creative approaches to help organizations achieve results.
She is a member of the International Coach Federation and the 2008-2009 President
of the Northeast Florida chapter.
